If some desired value can be taken as the "base-level" of PIDFF

Question:
Customer would like the current valve position at the start of PIDFF block to be taken as the "base-level" output for the this block and it varies the output from there based upon setpoint and tuning parameters, is this possible?

Answer:
Customer could make use of the out_inf or out_min to achieve this base output value.
