Data Dictionary Sync for the BMENOC0311 does not import all of the variables.
Issue
If you try to update the Web Designer Data Dictionary table by clicking ont he 'Data Dictionary' button in the 'Edit Table' or 'Create Table' web pages, it doesn't show all of the variables

If you try to update the Web Designer Data Dictionary table by clicking ont he 'Data Dictionary' button in the 'Edit Table' or 'Create Table' web pages, it doesn't show all of the variables that are in the online Unity application.
The reason why you cannot see the other variables is because the data types for the other variables are unsupported in Web Designer.
The Data Dictionary Sync only imports and updates the NOC0311 database with any variables that have been added to or deleted from the Unity online application, provided that the Data Type matches the supported Data Types:
