What happens when the PID integral reset [PIS] is activated?

Cause:
None

Resolution:
When reset integral is activated, the integral will be set to 0 in PID control.   The integral history is disregarded and the integral will begin a new calculation.  This PID function is used on the ATV71 and ATV630 which includes an anti-windup function.  Its purpose is to avoid an overshoot of PID calculation.
