Routing register for L9_MSTR control block with M580 native ethernet port
After completing a conversion of a LL984 project from ModSoft, ProWrox or Concept to Unity Pro the new L9_MSTR function block needs to be modified to operate properly with an M580 CPU native ethernet port. The high byte or MSB of the 4th implied word in the control array must be set to address 254 or 16#FE in order for the block to communicate out from the M580 native ethernet port
