How do you install or mount the PTB316GH or PTB516GH Horizontal Plug in Tap boxes? Where are the mounting instructions?

Are mounting instructions available for the PTB316GH or PTB516GH Horizontal Plug in Tap boxes?

Installation and mounting

Resolution:
The PTB (800 - 1600A)  horizontal plug in cable tap boxes are installed in a plug in opening in the Plug in style 800A - 1600A busway. (***Cannot be used in 800A copper Plug in busway). The mounting instructions are located on the inside cover of the tap box. We have also included a copy of those instructions below for review.
