How to open the PowerPacT B frame hinged cover

PowerPacT Molded Case Circuit Breakers

Resolution:
The breaker must be in the tripped or the OFF position. Then, you would loosed the two screws at the top of the cover, and it will swing open. For more instruction, see the video below:
