Cause
The Link150 firmware is in degraded mode, or there is an issue with the power supply going to the Link150

Resolution
Make sure the Link150 power supply meets the recommended 24 V DC (-20/+10%) or
Power over Ethernet (PoE Class 3 IEEE 802.3 af) at 15 W.

If the power supply meets the recommended values, then the Link150 should be replaced.
