TM251MESE : Modbus TCP IOscanner channel status can be wrong

With TM251MESE firmware v4.0.4.14, when using Modbus TCP IO scanner with more than 16 channels, channels health bits may be wrong.

Firmware v4.0.5.10 (available with SoMachine v4.2) solves this issue.
