As of 04/20/2016 - California hospitals and medical facilities require a label contained in kit.
Below are the label part numbers that are also required for the various transformer or minipowerzones.
7400CAOSHPDK for EX transformers in Type K enclosure, pad or floor mounted.
7400CAOSHPDM for EXN transformers in Type M enclosure.
7400CAOSHPDKO for EX transformers in Type K enclosure mounted on wall mounting brackets
7400CAOSHPDJ for EX transformers in Type J enclosure, pad or floor mounted.
7400CAOSHPDDH for EE transformers in Types D & H enclosures
7400CAOSHPDABC for sealed resin encapsulated transformers and
7400CAOSHPDMPZB for MPZB MiniPower Zones.
