The Conext SW inverter/charger is not charging and it says AC support?

Issue:
Conext SW inverter/charger shows AC support and it is not charging.

Product Line:
Conext SW2524, Conext SW4048

Environment:
Conext SW installation

Cause:
The unit states it is in AC support, and not charging, despite the AC support being disabled and the battery being below recharge volts.

Resolution:
Make sure the AC Support on SOC is disabled.  Even if the AC Support is Disabled, you need to make sure the AC Support on SOC is disabled
