The Configuration tool does not recognize the firmware file for single phase conversion XW+
Issue:
Software does not recognize the firmware file for single phase conversion
Product Line:
XW+/XW series hybrid inverter/charger
Environment:
Applications where a conversion is needed for the XW+5548 or XW6848
Cause:
If a firmware change is needed, the configuration software may not recognize the firmware file
Resolution:
Change the name of the file to a split phase firmware.
Example:
The file name for the single phase firmware file is 865-5548-2.02_03_00.BN0008.xf0. The software will not recognize this file. To resolve this, simply rename the file as if it was the split phase firmware which it would be 865-5548-01.02_03_00.BN0010.xf0
