How to connect a DVI external display to the Magelis Box iPC Modular?
The Magelis Box iPC Modular (HMIBMUxxx, HMIBMPxxx, HMIPCCU2xxx and HMIPCCP2) has 2 Display Ports.
When the Box iPC is mounted with the Display (ref: HMIDMxxxx), the Display Port 2 has no function.
To connect a DVI external display to the Magelis Box iPC Modular, you have to use an active DP to DVI adaptor.
This kind of accessory is available in the Magelis iPC catalog under the following references:
- HMIYADDPDVI11 >> active DP to DVI adaptor
- HMIYCABDPDVI31 >> active DP to DVI cable 3 m
You can also get this kind of adaptor from the marketplace but make sure that the adaptor is active.
