Why should I reduce the spin down time from the default 600 seconds if using type 14?

Cause:
Default setting for the AGS (Automatic Generator Start)
Resolution:
If using type 14 as a generator type, please reduce the time to something more in line with the actual generator spin down time ex. 30 seconds.
