Resolution:
The electrical interlock kits EIK031 and EIK032 are ONLY designed to be used with the below Series F safety switches.
1) 30 A, 240 Vac, fusible
2) 30 A, 600 Vac, fusible and non-fusible
3) 60 A, 240 Vac, fusible

This video is ONLY a supplement to the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions, along with ALL the SAFETY information BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.
Also, follow ALL the steps in the instructions, attached.
The equipment must be installed and serviced only by qualified electrical personnel.
Make sure to turn OFF ALL power supplying the equipment and verify the power is OFF using a properly rated voltage sensing device BEFORE working on or with electrical equipment.

Once all safety steps are followed, begin the kit installation by following the steps under the heading "Installation" in the instructions.
1) Follow all the steps under the heading 'Preparation' in the instructions.
2) Place the end of the interlock pivot arm (A) into the opening on the mechanism (B) (see figure 3)
3) Rotate the interlock towards the back of the switch, so the notch in the pivot arm fits under the tab (C) on the mechanism housing (see figure 4)
4) Continue to rotate the interlock towards the back of the switch so the square hole in the pivot arm fits over the post on the mechanism housing (see figure 4)
5) Align the hole in the interlock frame with the hole in the back of the switch enclosure and install mounting screw (E) using a phillips head driver. Torque mounting screw to 30 in-lb (3.4 N-m) (see figure 5)
6) Affix the contact rating label inside the switch enclosure
7) Wire the control circuit to the electrical interlock switch
8) Follow the steps in the instructions under the heading 'RE-ENERGIZE THE SWITCH'
