How can ATVLogic programming be transferred from one ATV320 drive to another and what tools do I need?
Resolution:
ATVLogic programming can be transferred between ATV320 drives using either of the following tools:
- Multi-Loader: Version 3.17 or later
- Simple Loader: Version 1.7 or later
- SoMove
These tools can transfer the ATV320 configuration, including the ATVLogic program.
Before starting the transfer:
- Ensure the ATV320 drive is stopped.
- Verify that the Function Block Status (FbSt) is set to Stop.
If the FB status is Run, you must change FB Command (FbCd) to Stop. - Perform the configuration transfer using the appropriate Multi-Loader or Simple Loader procedure.
To export the ATVLogic program using SoMove:
- Ensure the Function Block Status is set to Stop.
- Connect to the ATV320 in online mode using SoMove.
- Open the ATVLogic tab.
- Select Device > ATVLogic > Export.
- Save the ATVLogic file.
- Connect to the destination ATV320 and import the saved file.
