Resolution:
The SR69064A Solar Ready Kit is a field-installable lug kit ahead of the service disconnect to feed PV system without using a branch breaker space.

The attached video is ONLY to supplement the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the Solar Ready Kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions and all the below Safety Information that is located in the instructions BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.

Make sure to turn OFF ALL Power supplying the equipment and verify the power is OFF using a properly rated voltage sensing device, BEFORE working on or with electrical equipment.
1) Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the kit installation by following the instructions.
2) Remove deadfront from the CSED.
3) Lift the insulating barrier to locate the studs to attach the feed through terminals.
4) Use a 7/16 in. socket to remove Keps nuts from both circuit breaker bus connectors.
NOTE: If installing Current Transformers (Ct's) on Bus Bars refer to the instructions that come with the Solar Ready Kit
5) Attach sub-feed terminals to bus bars with Keps nuts previously removed. Torque Keps nuts to 75 lb-in. (8.5 N•m).
6) Install wires in sub-feed terminals. Using a 1/4 in. hex (Allen driver) and torque wrench, tighten wire binding screws. Torque to 200 lb-in. (23 N•m).

NOTE: If an alternate neutral terminal is required, install neutral terminal per instructions included with the lug. An alternate neutral lug (LK100AN) with a wire range of #6- 2/0 AWG is provided with this kit.
