Why I have a popup error message “Operation unsuccessful” when I start the operation PC-to-Controller download with SoMachine-Basic V1.5 SP1 ?

Only with SoMachine-Basic V1.5 SP1, when trying to download an application from PC to M221 controller while the application is protected by a password, we may have a popup error message "Operation unsuccessful" and then another one "could not receive response from controller"  in case the option "Reset memories" is not checked.

In the Commissioning tab, when connected to the M221 PLC, check the download settings and activate the option Reset memories (see attached screenshot) in order to success to download.
