Resolution:
To obtain an Extended Warranty Certificate, contact either:

• The Field Services team that performed the startup or commissioning of the equipment, or
• The Project Manager responsible for the project.

They can provide assistance with obtaining the applicable Extended Warranty Certificate for the customer's equipment.
