What can cause an INF4 fault on the ATV32 Drive?

INF4 fault on the ATV32 Drive

Cause:
Flash memory or EEPROM Issue

Resolution:
Try removing any option cards on the drive first and then Power cycle. If the fault does not clear then there may be an internal issue on the drive and it will need to be replaced.
