Sepam Series 60 and 80 digital inputs on MES120 cards - what is the minimum pulse width that can be detected?

For the Sepam Series 60 and 80 logic inputs on the MES120 I/O cards, the minimum pulse width that is guaranteed to be detected is 15 milliseconds.  If a pulse train signal will be used, then the signal should have a 50% duty cycle, with the signal staying in either the ON or OFF (TRUE or FALSE) states for at least 15 ms during each cycle.

If this is not respected, the pulses may not be counted correctly by the MES120 inputs.
