EcoStruxure Hybrid DCS [4.3 SP1]: I get error "0x2005,1" while trying to install Floating License Manager. How do I resolve this issue?

This knowledge base article explains user on how to resolve the below given error appears during installing of Floating License Manager.

This issue may occur if you have previously installed Floating License Manager that is a later version than the one you are trying to install. Follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

1. Uninstall Floating License Manager.
2. Take a backup of "conf" folder under "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Floating License Manager\FlexNet Publisher License Server Manager"  and then delete the conf directory.
3. Install Floating License Manager.
