Does the OSP sticker need to be ordered separately for SIP,SID,SIX medical panels? This is required by OSHPOD.

No. The OSP / Sesimic sticker is only included and available on Hospital or Medical Isolation Panels that have the NQ bolt on the interior. This would exclude all Controlled panels and any panel with QO load centers that accept only plug-on breakers. If they have any of these two panels and require the label, they will have to replace the panel with one with the NQ bolt-on interior. Replacement labels are not available.
