By default, the first two sets are always 169.254. The next two sets are on a label on the IFE written in HEX format, which must be converted to decimal. As an example, if a label on an IFE is "IFE-E3.AB.7C", AB converts to 171, 7C converts to 124, so the complete IP address is 169.254.171.124.
