Are the three pole, QO-GFI breakers rated for a high leg system?

Are the 3-Pole QO-GFI breakers rated for a high leg delta system?

Resolution:
The 3 pole, QO-GFI breakers are only rated for 208Y/120 Vac systems. They would not work on a high leg delta system.
