ATV680 does the drive show the Frequency Reference in idle state?

Issue:
Does the ATV680 show the Freq Ref in idle state?

Product:
ATV6xx ATV9xx

Environment:
All serial numbers

Cause:
ATV680 pump off  and the drive is in the rdy state.

Resolution:
Yes, the drive default will the display the frequency reference, unless otherwise modified by customer to show output frequency or motor current which would show 0.0 in idle state. If the drive is left at default to show Frequency Reference and shows 0.0, check the reference signal from the programmed source.
Possible sources could be:
  • Analog input
  • HMI (keypad)
  • Communication
  • Preset speed
  • Jog
  • PID control
  • other, depending on the programming in the drive.
