Customer wants to know how to perform offline configuration in eSetup Easergy Pro.

Cause

Users may need to prepare relay settings in advance without having the physical device available on‑site or connected to their workstation.

Resolution

eSetup Easergy Pro allows full offline configuration.
To create an offline settings file:

1. Open eSetup Easergy Pro.
2. Select the Create Setting File option (left‑most icon on the toolbar).
3. Choose the appropriate relay model and feature set that matches the target device.
4. Configure all protection, communication, logic, and device parameters offline.
5. Save the configuration file, which can later be downloaded into the physical relay once available.

This enables users to prepare complete settings in advance, streamlining commissioning activities.
