OFS 3.61 doesn’t start when installed on Windows 10 64bit.

Installation occurs perfectly but when you want to run the OPC Factory Server then the message below is displayed:
“CoCreateInstance returned CO_E)SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE for server Schneider-Automation”

With OFS 3.61 the folder C:\temp must be present and on Windows 10 native this folder doesn’t exist.
To solve this issue, you must create manually this folder. With OFS 3.61 SP1, presence to this folder will be check and if necessary will be create.

In Windows 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 Standard have been reported similar behaviors, OFS starting and immediately stopping. C:\Temp folder was missing and creating it manually was solving the issue.
