Do the GV3 starters have de-rating based on ambient temperatures?
Issue:
Customer wants to use the GV3 starter in ambient temperature of 50C. Asking for de-rating information.

Cause:
Catalog does not show temperature de-rating info.
Resolution:
The GV3P can operate from -20 to +60C in open spaces or -20 to +40C in enclosures without derating because they have a temperature compensation system.
The temperature limitation for enclosures is due to air circulation around the product being limited. No derating is available above or below this temperature range.
