What causes an InF7 or internal error 7 on the ATV630 and ATV930 Process drives?

Issue:
ATV630 and ATV930 have an INF7 (Internal Error 7) and will not run.

Product Line:
ATV600 and ATV900 series drives.

Environment:
All models, All serial numbers.

Cause:
Abnormal operation.

Resolution:
Internal Error 7 is caused by a communication interruption with CPLD component of the Control board.  Cycle power to reset this fault.  If the problem returns, please contact Schneider Electric Technical Support at 888-778-2733 for further assistance.
