A material safety data sheet is a document that provides information on a product, namely its toxic effects, the protective measures
for avoiding overexposure or chemical hazards, and the procedures to follow in an emergency.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is what Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were called before the US Federal agency, OSHA , implemented
its version of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals.
