Will the HJQLLC IP2X line cover work with the Q2 2 pole main breaker?

Does the HJQLLC lug cover work with 2 pole main breakers?

NQ Panelboards

Resolution:
No. 3 pole breakers only. However, they can use a 3 pole Q2 breaker and just wire the A and C phase only.
