What can cause an CHF error or cabinet overheat error on the ATV630 and ATV930 Process drives?
Resolution:
The digital cabinet I/O DI50 and DI51 are configurated as cabinet temperature monitoring. If the enclose thermoswitch open, in case of over temperature the CHF occurs. The error occurs only in RUN state. On NOT RUN state the warning CHF occur.
- Temperature in the enclosure to high.
- Check the enclosure fans and the filter mat. Ensure the cooling vents are not blocked.
- Check the setting of the internal thermo switch. Setting of the thermo switch (must be 60°C).
- Check the wiring from the thermo switch to the cabinet I/O - DI50 and DI51 on the power board.
