All "EMP" actuators are restricted to Karl Dungs Distributors https://www.dungs.com/en-gb.  The "E" stands for Eclipse, an OEM company that was purchased by Karl Dungs.
The "EMP" Actuators are unable to be purchased by all Wholesaler accounts. Procurement for replacement and repair parts should be through Karl Dungs @ Phone: (763) 582-1700
