Fault history access on an ATV12 Drive

Altivar 12
Resolution:
Go into Menu Mon-, MAI-, and enter on dP1, dP2, dP3, and dP4 for the last 4 fault codes.
dP1 is the most recent fault.
dP4 is the oldest fault.
EP1, EP2, EP3, EP4 are the state of the drive at detected fault, corresponding to the fault number.
