What can cause an INF2 [Internal Error 2] fault on an ATV340 series drive and how do I correct it?

Issue:
Customer is experiencing an INF2 [Internal error 2] Fault on an ATV340 series drive.

Cause:
The power board is incompatible with the control block software.

Resolution:
