How do you program a relay on the ATV630 to close at speed reached
Issue
The customer wants relay R1 to close when the motor reaches the commanded reference frequency.
Resolution
To configure relay R1 to activate when the reference frequency is reached:
- Navigate to Complete Settings → Input/Output → Relay → R1 Configuration → R1 Assignment.
- Set R1 Assignment to [Ref Freq Reached] (SrA) or Frequency Reference Reached.
- Once configured, relay contacts R1A and R1C will close when the motor frequency reaches or exceeds the reference frequency.
