Resolution:
The Nema 1, 4 piece trims without the door for HCJ , HCP, HCRU I line interiors, will allow the Motor Operator feature for the H and J Frame breakers to be installed.
The Nema 1, 4 piece trims with a door feature, will NOT allow the use of a motorized operator option.
