Cause:
The thermal model of the AFE IGBT thermal monitoring has detected an overheat.
Resolution:
This possible causes are Ambient temperature too high, bad cooling fan, or filter blocked. Check the ventilation of the AFE brick and the ambient temperature. Also, check the cooling fans for proper function.
