Can an Ethernet module be added to a "Non-E" version of an ATV340 series drive?
Issue:
Customer has purchased a "non-E" version of the ATV340 drive but needs to communicate with the drive via Ethernet.

Altivar Machines, Altivar 340

"Non-E" version of the drive (last digit of part number is NOT an E)

Clarification of product capabilities.
Resolution:
No. An ATV340 drive that does not have integrate Ethernet communication options can not have them added via an option card. There are two versions of the ATV340 series drive, the E and the Non-E. If Ethernet communication is needed you must purchase the E version (Last digit of part number is E).
