What oil used in a MA-405 actuator?

The Oil which is supplied for the Actuators, see attached for Oil specification used with the MA-4XX Actuators .It is sold exclusively to Schneider Electric for the Actuators and cannot be purchased .
When disassembling the Actuator, new gaskets would also be needed, and replacement gaskets were available at one time, but are no longer. Recommendation is replacing the MA-405 actuator with a new one.
