Cause
How to properly ship the AccuSine unit.

Resolution
The AccuSine unit can only be transported upright. Please do not lay equipment on its front, side, or back. The engineered transportation testing was performed with the unit in the upright position. No testing or validation was performed to determine the possible damages that would result from transporting the unit in any other manner.
