PME 2020 - Report Help Links are broken for many Web Reports - 404 Error

Issue
In the Add Report – Report Template Selection section in PME 2020, some of the Report help link is not working.
For example, Backup Power and Billing reports, when clicking on the Report help link for each of the Report template, it displays 404 Error page.

Cause
The linking is pointing to a different location.

Resolution
The navigation within the Help Contents work properly.
This issue will be correct with CU1.
