Resolution
When you convert a Concept application to Unity and the logic contains negated pins, some of the negated pins appear with the word 'False'.

The reason for the issue is due to the software design.  When Unity converts a section that contains logic with a pin that is negated and has no
connection link and no default value, the converter is designed to set the default value of the pin to "false".
