Can motor operators fit and work for the 4 pole PowerPacT L-frame breakers?

Yes, they will fit and work similar to the PowerPacT L-frame 3 pole breakers because the cover of the 4 pole is split into 3 poles + 1 pole. The 3 pole section is where the motor operator will mount. See attached photo below:
