Unable to connect to M241 PLC with EcoStruxure Machine Expert (formerly known as SoMachine)
Issue:
Having issues connecting to M241 PLC over Ethernet with EcoStruxure Machine Expert (formely known as SoMachine)

Resolution:
When you are unable to connect to a M241 PLC over ethernet, check your LAN Ethernet Card settings and ensure that you do not have more than IP address assigned to it. If your LAN Ethernet Card appears as illustrated below (ie more than 1 IP), you will not be able to connect to your PLC.
To ensure that you can connect to your M241 PLC, you should only have 1 IP address defined for the Ethernet Adapter.
