What torque should be applied to the X1 and X2 terminals on the MDGF (Modified Differential Ground Fault) sensors S33579?

Issue:
There is no torque specification supplied with the S33579 sensor or MDGF instructions for terminals X1 and X2.  (SE internal part number 63103-038-63)
