PM8000 - Detecting Comm failure in SNPM

• SNMP is read-only, you cannot control the meter with SNMP.
• SNMP objects supported by the meter are only the objects linked to the SNMP Mapping module (page 462 ION Reference guide -11).
• The port state is not accessible via ION registers, therefore, the state cannot be linked to the SNMP Mapping module. So, it is not possible to read the port state via SNMP.
