Can I use two cables per lug on an LA/LH type breaker?

Resolution:
Yes. The standard lug is AL400LA. It has been tested and UL listed for two cables per pole under the same hole, up to 250 kcmil. Some inspectors may tell you it cannot be used, but they are incorrect. It may be applied as listed.
