No, a J frame branch breaker will not fit in an I-Line HCN style panel, no matter what the voltage rating is. A 225 A maximum, 240 VAC rated Q Frame breaker is recommended. A Powerpact J frame branch breaker requires, at minimum, an HCM I-Line interior.
