Issue with 8430MPSV24 phase failure relay that does not pick up?
Issue:
8430MPS phase failure relay not pulling up.

Resolution:
Suggest to reverse 2 of the inputs. The relay is sensitive to phase reversal and you have a 50% chance when you wire it up that the phases are in the correct rotation. Even when the phases are marked, unless someone has tested the phases with a phase rotation meter, they are marked at random.
